A festive event to attend

Make sure to bundle up and head downtown for the 23rd annual Christmas parade, which is a parade that features multiple holiday themed floats.  This year, the parade is created around an automobile, plane, and train theme.

Since this is one of the most popular events of the year and brings in around 15,000 attendees,  it’s a good idea to get there early and snag a great spot.

When: Saturday, November 30th

Where: Downtown Cheyenne on 17th Street and Carey Ave.

Time: 5:30- 7:00 PM

Bring a toy, support Toys for Tots

Along with watching beautiful and uniquely decorated  floats marching along the streets of downtown, there is also a collection for new and unwrapped toys.  By bringing a toy you help support the contributions to the Toys for Tots program.

Stick around till the end

At the end of the night all of the floats will  lead down and continue on towards the Depot Plaza where there will be a Christmas tree lighting ceremony with the mayor of Cheyenne.

Enjoy watching beautifully decorated floats, spending time with loved ones, and feeling a sense  of community all throughout the night at the Cheyenne Christmas parade.
