Sold out!

3 Oct

If you thought catching the October 3 showing of the Cheyenne Little Theatre Players latest musical would be a fun time, you would be right. But unfortunately for you, you’re going to have to choose another day.

Got ’em!

Believe it or not, after reading CLTP’s Facebook post this afternoon saying that tickets were almost gone for the Thursday showing of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, yours truly made a quick phone call to secure the last two seats in the house.

Don’t miss out

That’s the bad news.

The good news is, there are still 9 shows left! For the next three weekends, October 4 – October 20, there are evening shows on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as matinees on Sundays. A complete sellout is a good indication that the show is receiving great word-of-mouth reviews around the community. But by all means, check back for my personal review after tonight’s show.

Witness Joseph’s Journey

The musical tale, Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, tells the Old Testament story of Joseph and his coat of many colors. Telling their father that Joseph is dead, the young man is sold into slavery by his brothers after they sense he is their father’s favorite son. You will see Joseph’s life take many twists and turns that continue him on the journey back to his family and to his father. It is a musical written by the talented team of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Time Rice, who also brought to the stage such classics as Jesus Christ Superstar and Evita.
