It’s Christmas cookie season!

A must-do on the to-do

Everyone either exchanges Christmas cookies, receives them or just makes them. The point is, they are everywhere! I know some of you wish that you could make a whole tray of wonderful, chewy and edible Christmas cookies with ease. Have no fear! I have a solution!

Cake mix cookies

These cookies have got to be the easiest cookies I have ever made in the entire universe. They are chewy and very versatile. You can make all different kinds of cookies with just three ingredients!

All you need:

1 box cake mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
yummy mixins

The only utensils you need is a bowl, a spoon to mix with, a 1/3 cup measuring cup and a cookie sheet. Well of course and an oven, but that one is pretty obvious.

Take all of your ingredients and mix them all together in a bowl until it becomes one big piece of cookie dough, place mounds of cookie dough on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Bake the cookies for ten minutes if you want them chewy and bake for 12-15 minutes if you want them crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside.

Very important!

Make sure to cover your cookies after they have cooled down from being pulled out of the oven. An air tight container is best to keep them from getting stale and keep they chewyness factor in tact. 😉

Gift wrapping

After putting your cookies in an air tight container, wrap them with a cute bow or check our pinterest for some cute gift wrapping ideas.
