Quick and Easy Breakfast for Energy

Great Way to Start the Day.

Have you needed a boost in the morning to just get out the door? Try this and you should have a great morning.

Eggs, Bread, Jam, Cinnamon and Milk (or whatever you prefer to drink in the morning).

Start with 3 eggs, 2 slices of bread, homemade wild strawberry jam if you have it, if not, store-bought will do for the natural sugar, a quarter teaspoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon .

Mixing and Preparing

Place a pan on the stove with your quarter teaspoon of butter in it. Heat on medium so you don’t burn your butter. In a bowl mix your eggs and cinnamon together and  place toast in toaster. Toasting bread does not change the nutrition value of the bread, you still get great carbs.


Pour eggs in pan and drop your bread to heat. Cook eggs until they are no longer runny. When done, take out of pan and place on plate. If you leave them in the pan they will over-cook. When your bread pops up place that on plate. If you like butter , butter your toast so it melts in. Smother your toast in jam or put it to the side to add as much or as little as you like. Pour your drink and enjoy.
