What a breakfast

This morning the kids and I decided to make pancakes for breakfast. We found a syrup that they enjoy from Wyoming Home. This is great stuff, its Wild Chokecherry Syrup, made here in Wyoming.  We also used another of the kids favorite ingredients, Krusteaz pancake mix. We made enough for 18-24 pancakes. We also made three pounds of bacon and 16 eggs. Glad the kids have a good appetite.

Later this week we are going to make a recipe that dates back to the 1800’s called Bear-Poop cookies aka Bear-poo. They are made with vanilla, coco, chocolate chunks, berries and nuts. I really have no idea why my greatgrandmother named them this but they are great cookies.  See ya next week.
