Building A Better Breakfast: The Ultimate Oatmeal

25 Nov

We’ve heard it over and over again, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day,” so many times in fact, that it seems to be a cliche’ phrase at this point, but the fact of the matter is, it’s true. Regardless of this message that has been stressed to many of us since our very first health class, a large majority of people do not heed the suggestion, and if they do, many aren’t going about breakfast in a healthful way.

I consider myself to be kind of a food enthusiast and love cooking and finding new meals. I also like to maximize their health potential and frequent websites such as Mens Health for ideas and tips. Consequently, my favorite of all favorite meals is breakfast and make sure that every morning I start my day out right with a delicious and healthy breakfast that makes me feel great the rest of the day.

I thought I would share a breakfast recipe with you guys that is delicious and healthy! An extremely easy, quick and healthy way to prepare one of the things we probably hated most as a child, oatmeal!
