Wyoming tailgate party

Hours before the start of a Cowboy’s football game, Poke
fans arrive at Pepsi’s Tailgate Park for the traditional pregame tailgating
event. The Park is located south of War Memorial Stadium on the grass practice
fields. The next Cowboy home game is this Saturday 09/10/11 at 4:00 pm.

Cowboy enthusiasts can find food and drink vendors and
listen to a live band. This year the party includes face painting, temporary tattoos,
and inflatable activities for kids such as a slide and bouncer. UW team gear
vendors will be available for purchasing Cowboy items. There will also be
trivia contests with prizes.

ground beef to taste and then roll into eight balls and press into thin
patties. Mix the bacon, cheese, and onion and then place the mixture in the
middle of four patties. Take the other patties and place on top and press the
sides to seal. Cook on medium high heat, turning occasionally till desired
doneness. Other stuffing can be used such as green chilies, jalapenos, with Mexican
cheese mix or mushrooms with onion and Swiss cheese.  This recipe is open for flavor
experiments. Ground turkey can be substituted and stuffed with veggies for a healthier
