Long lines don’t slow launch of new Halo game

14 Sep

The ridiculously long line

Even with Gamestop having two separate lines to help on length and organize between special edition copies and regular copies of the game, the lines for tonight’s Halo: Reach launch wrapped through the halls and out the door of Cheyenne’s Frontier Mall. What you wouldn’t expect is how fast the line moves.  Gamestop has this process down and the lines move quickly.

The first game handed out

At midnight, who was the lucky guy to get the first copy of Halo: Reach?  A gentleman named Garrett who had been in line since 2p.m. picked up his reserved Legendary Edition copy of the game.
