Golden Eagles volleyball team dethroned by Casper

Coming into the game against Casper College, LCCC volleyball coach Travis Ward though his teams last games against Casper was a fluck since most of the team was sick from salmonella. He wanted to put a big asterisk by the games and states that his team is ready to play Casper.

 No.14 Casper College (26-7) cruised by No.19 LCCC (25-6)  15-25, 23-25, 17-25 in their home gym. Laramie County Community College lost one of its best overall player, Stacey Evans on the first play of the game. She did not return and was seen walking in crutches. Coach Ward said after the game “That you come prepared to play with certain people and when injuries sideline two of your best players then there not much you can do”. The Lady Eagles were led by freshman middle hitter Tatyana Lukyanenko, who had a .341 hitting  percentage, 19 kills, five blocks and Sydney Brozovich, who had a .538 hitting percentage, seven kills, four blocks. Top 20 National Poll


 Heading to Colorado

Laramie County Community College will head to Lamar, CO to  play in the Lamar Community College Tournament Oct. 23- 24 . This would be one of three away games left for the Lady Eagles before the head to the Region IX North Tournament in Riverton Nov. 4-7. 


Last Home game of the year

 Come support your Lady Eagles volleyball team as it has it last game of the year Oct. 27 at 7pm against Eastern Wyoming College. Wear pink and show your support at the game. Dig Pink is in loving memory of  Marianna Cook.
